The Dark Side of Dork Tower

On three different occasions now, John Kovalic has foolishly
generously allowed me to usurp take the reins of his online comic
strip "Dork Tower." The first time was on April Fool's Day 2005
and saw Carson the muskrat transported to the Mirror universe
of Mud Bay to meet the "evil" twins of Dork Tower's denizens.

One year later, John asked me to do another strip wherein
the gun-toting Mirror Carson pays a visit to the geeks of this world.

I had such a good time drawing bad versions of John's characters,
I pitched him the idea of doing a full-on "Sin City" sendup of Dork Tower,
as if Frank Miller or Raymond Chandler had taken over the strip.

"Night of the Black Lotus" is scheduled to appear later this year
in Dork Tower #38. Here's a peek ...
